Since Dr. Carlos Chaban founded the practice in 1998, this commitment has guided us and allowed our practice to grow to serve thousands of patients throughout Central Florida.

Our team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners brings decades of combined experience to every patient visit.
Dr. Carlos Chaban M.D.
Dr. Carlos Chaban has been serving Central Florida as a general pediatrician for over 25 years. He founded Hunt Club Pediatric Associates in 1999 and has staff privileges at most Central Florida hospitals.
Dr. Christian Chaban M.D.
Dr. Christian Chaban completed his residency at Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando. A UCF alumnus, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of joining his father's practice.
Dr. David Hale M.D.
Dr. Hale attended Ross University Medical School and completed his residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. He has been with Hunt Club Pediatrics since 2014.
Kristin Stubbs, CPNP-PC
Kristin is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner born and raised in Central Florida with experience in pediatric intensive care.
Hazelmarie Gundayao MSN, APRN FNP-BC
Hazel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She holds an MSN from Walden University.
Helen Fox-McCloy, DNP, MSN, CPNP
With over 30 years of pediatric experience, Helen holds a Doctorate from Walden University and has practiced in both primary and acute care pediatrics nationwide.
